I fractured my tail bone two weeks ago, so needless to say just sitting is painful. What types of exercises can I do to keep me going and out of a slump?

When I first started MFP I noticed I was cold pretty often. Now I'm itchy. ALL the time. Is there a reason behind this? Perhaps a good one?

Gaining and not losing = vent.
I joined about 2 weeks ago and when I stood on the scale it read 140.8. The next week {same day, same time} I got on the scale and it said 144.2.
