  • I love, love, love freezing fruit and then dropping it into some water on a hot summer day!
  • You're AWESOME!
  • I love Herbalife. I do the aloe water, tea and shake daily. It's good for those days when it's past 6pm and I have 800 calories left {like today}. Not only that, but I get two of my fruits in and a little extra protein! I spend about $50 every other month. Not expensive at all.

  • Howdy!!! 1. I just turned 26. 2. Texan, born and raised! 3. I have been married for 7 years. 4. I have 2 adorable little boys! 5. Even though I'm from Texas I have a huge cow-phobia. 6. I love to bake. I'm addicted.
  • HI girlies! :flowerforyou: I'm a SAHM to two little boys {5 and 2.5}. We live in Houston, TX and it currently feels like it's 109 degrees with 109% humidity out! It makes exercising a little harder. I can't wait to get to know you ladies! Question... Do you guys freakishly binge when it's your TOM? I'm 5 days out and I…

  • Hey, Rach! I'm Rach and I joined a month ago too...
  • I am currently eating the world. I was fine until late last night when I felt like I hadn't eaten in days. I had sugar-free peanut butter cups and a huge bowl of ice cream. My husband was looking for a bite, but uhhh wasn't happening. I also noticed I drink less water during my before week. So try upping that if you're…

  • THIS! I have 2 kiddos with my youngest being 2.5 and 'baby weight' is no longer okay to use LOL! I have lost 1 pound and I fluctuate quite frequently, but I have taught myself to eat better meals and better quality foods. I've even started doing the same for my family. I've fed my body junk for 20 years and I realize it's…
  • I used to have pig out days quite frequently during that one part of the month. I've learned to grab a bell pepper instead of a bag of chips. Dress it up with some yogurt and ranch mix and it's tastier and I can eat 3x as much as a tiny bag of chips. When I know I'm going to cheat I'll just add an extra hard workout in.

  • I love C25K! I started a few weeks ago. The advice I have is that when you move to the next week and you find it a little too difficult, repeat the previous week. I've done week 1 twice and now week 2 once. Once you find the next intervals to be a little easier you can just continue the program normally. Make sure you have…
  • I'm 5'7 and my 'skinny' is 125. Not because of the way I look, but because of the way I feel. I'm 139 now, so only 14lbs to go!
  • I used to hate water too. Now it's basically all I drink except for my morning cup of coffee. I buy 1 liter bottles of water and fill them up 3 times a day. Some days I need to add a lemon for taste, but most days I'm okay with it. I have added a tiny bit of Splenda/lemon to my water bottle to make it semi-taste like…
  • Water, water, water, watch your sodium and make sure to move each day. Welcome
  • People have told me to watch my sodium, sugar and drink water like a fish. I've got my sugar under control, but now I'm working on my sodium. I've been here since April and I've only lost 1lb {after gaining 4 when I first started}. I know it gets depressing and it's hard to see that scale not move {or move up in my case},…

  • Haha, I never knew HH was a size either {this coming from a generous A cupped chick}. I have heard that VS sports bras are really good and I personally wear Under Armour. I don't have much to work with, but they're always safe and secure
  • As long as it's at a slower pace {your weight loss} and you tone up it should be okay. I have a friend who had the surgery and has lost 110 pounds. He never toned and his weight went quickly. Now his skin is a little droopy.
  • LOL, thanks hon!

  • Gold Bond, Eucerin, Aquaphor... Nothing helps.
in Itchy Comment by mskon May 2011
  • Really!? I wonder why that is? I thought it was dry skin so I have been putting on lotion every time I feel an itch, but that's going to get expensive
  • I was cold at first, now I'm itchy. I'd rather be cold!
  • Yay, missy! I'm so glad you're here =)
  • I gained 4 when I first started and I finally lost them a month later. I went from not working out to running/walking/weights almost daily. You'll get there. Lots of H20 =)
  • It took me nearly a month to lose the weight I gained when I started and today when I stepped on the scale I FINALLY saw myself below my starting weight. So, be patient... It can take a while!
  • After my first son my weight bounced back rather quickly. Unfortunately/fortunately {however one may see it} I was sick the entire time and only gained 14lbs so it was easy for me to get back into shape. The weight came off quickly because I BF for a year, but it took my body a good year to get back to the shape it was in…
  • Tilapia filets {one of the perks to living 20 minutes from the gulf!}, rye crisps, peanut butter, soy milk, tons of fruits and veggies, greek yogurt, unsalted almonds, bagel thins, pretzel sticks, local honey, lean turkey meat, flavored sparkling water {to kick that need for soda}, bagged salad {baby spinach and spring…
