daily deficit of +/- 1000 cals, not losing weight! why?!
Hey everyone, Okay, so, I am a 30 year old woman, 5 ft 4in, currently at 242 *whoa!*. BMR is 1867. I'm taking in 1000-1600 cals a day and burning 500 to 1000 a day.
