Hi folks, I normally do resistance exercises every few days to let my body recover and repair, but i wonder in terms of exercises such as pushups or situps, and whether these should be done on a 2-3 day basis or not. I dont want to waste my time doing stuff that wont benefit me! Thanks Andy
