I work out 6 days a week about 1.5 hours when I work out, but I am not loosing weight! MOst of the meals I eat are healthy, But I am starting to feel more hungry and I have gained a few pounds!!!!! What can I do to change this?
SO i lost 20 pounds 3 months ago and havent lost anything since!! I know part of it is my fault, I need to get back my motivation! suggestions!?
