Hi I read a book by Tom Venuto which says you should only decrease your calories by a max of 20% of your BMR x 1.2 (if you have a sedentary job) so BMR 1868 x 1.2 for sendentary lifestyle = 2241 - 20% = 1793 I have 90 LB's to lose and on the 2LB per week schedule this only gives me 1330 calories which for me i would be…
