Help I've just taken up jogging I'm 60 lbs over weight just lost 91/2 , last night my left shin started to hurt! I've had shin splints before 20 years ago first time I've run since, I started runing 12 days ago last night was my 6th outing any advice please?
I'm now about confused, Mfp set me 1200cals this I have now settled into and lost 4lb in my first week, I'm not feeling hungry (except when meal time comes around) I've upped my water intake, and my exercise. I seem to have cals left every day (day4) but with all the fruit and veg and water I'm not hungry will it matter in the long run?
