shin splints,
Help I've just taken up jogging I'm 60 lbs over weight just lost 91/2 , last night my left shin started to hurt! I've had shin splints before 20 years ago first time I've run since, I started runing 12 days ago last night was my 6th outing any advice please?

confused, 1200?
I'm now about confused, Mfp set me 1200cals this I have now settled into and lost 4lb in my first week, I'm not feeling hungry (except when meal time comes around) I've upped my water intake, and my exercise. Now I read its all wrong! So what am I suppose to be doing? Obviously got it very wrong in the past or I wouldn't…

too many cals left!
I seem to have cals left every day (day4) but with all the fruit and veg and water I'm not hungry will it matter in the long run?

Hi, my daughters introduced m to this site, I'm not good with teccy stuff so hoping I can navigate the site. Apart from that I have a lot of work to do! 50lb to start more later! A dieting buddy would be welcome.:-)
