So I had been doing Zumba as my daily exercise, but all the twisting seemed to bother my knee (just the left one). This week I switched to walking on the treadmill to see if maybe it just needs a rest. So I'm not having too much trouble with keeping my calories down, but the protein and fat are a different story. Wondering how other moms and wifes out there oare doing it when the husband requires meat at every meal and you got growing kids wanting food every hour. Hello, this is my second day trying this website and so far I really like it. It makes it really easy to keep the food diary and keep track of calories. I can't wait for the next five weeks to go by so I can see if the calculator works.
