How much protein?
Why is the food counter "low" on protein? For my body weight, the standard formula is 1.6 grams of protein for every kilogram of bodyweight. For my 164 lbs/74 kg, that should be about 118 grams of protein a day. The myfitnesspal food counter puts me at about 60 grams. My goals are to lose body fat (from 28% to <20%), but…
