Is a cake only as many calories as the ingredients?
This must seem like the stupidest question ever asked but bear with me I'm new to this stuff :) So I made a mug cake and the ingredients were 1 egg (71 cals), 2 tbsp cocoa powder (20 cals) and 3 tbsp sweetener (0 cals). Does that mean the cake is only 91 cals?? Its just so yummy I feel like there must be a catch!! :)
