7/8-715 How are you doing?
Just made it across the country with all my kids. I am wiped but I am also really excited. The weather is gorgeous up north, not like the 100 plus where I am from. Running outside should be wonderful. I plan on heading out later today. I have my app working now. Keep on keeping on. -J

Starting Couch to 5K today anyone want to join?
I am starting Couch to 5K just loaded the google app. I am planning on jogging my first 5K at the end of August. Looking for others that want to join me. If you can't run due to health problems you can always walk as well :) I plan on coming here daily :)

Today is the day....
I am committed to working out with my couch app for the next nine weeks and on August 23rd I am going to do a 5K. Walk, run, jog, it doesn't matter- we are here to improve our health one step at a time :)
