Hey I was just wanting to know if it normal to bruise after working out. I'm not hitting myself of falling. But I have been getting these weird muscle cramps where my ankles and knees lock during my workout. Then a couple days later I have huge huge black bruising right above the same area. And now of course they hurt…
So I still have that annoying sugar tooth, SO WHAT! I can eat a serving size and walk away.... but all my treats are so decadently amazing one serving could end up being my entire 1200.:huh: so what are your guys favorite sweets during the diet ?
