Portion size -No scales
Hi all need some help portion size and weight , dont have scales as away at work, will bring them in future, i am just guessing on size of portions so any help would be great, i am looking at meat size of my fist 8 oz, 2 desert spoons 25 g of rice or potatoes, veg serving spoon 100-150g, so any advice and help would be…
