Multivitamins good or bad?
I keep going back and forth from good to bad with each article I read. People are stating that going over a certain amount is actually harmful, while being under is as well. I just don't really see there being a problem with being a bit over on it. Then again, I guess its better off getting your vitamins from healthy foods…

Hi all! I am a 20 year old male standing 6ft and weighing in around 190(the biggest ive ever been). I am looking to change that. I stumbled upon IIfym and figured I would give it a go, and get back into exercising as well. So give me some advice! like good recipes or exercises I could look into. much appreciated!
