IIFYM advice and friends needed!

Hi all! I am a 20 year old male standing 6ft and weighing in around 190(the biggest ive ever been). I am looking to change that. I stumbled upon IIfym and figured I would give it a go, and get back into exercising as well. So give me some advice! like good recipes or exercises I could look into. much appreciated!

I would suggest doing circuit training to build muscle and help burn fat. Toss in low but moderate weight within some sets0

Hi, i am also 20 and have been on IIFYM for the past month for a bulk. If you use the calculator on their website and download the script for your browser so you can enter grams to MFP (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1118120-iifym-input-macros-by-gram-not-percentage). You should start seeing progress in no time
Just decide if you want to bulk, cut, or maintain and hit your macros and calories each day!
Best and easiest combination is weight training and HIIT.
Don't need to eat fancy or train fancy, just hit your macros and enjoy
