Am i not eating enough?
Hi all, I have been trying to lose weight for the last 2 month now and i haven't lost any noticeable weight. Here is a little info: I am a 25 year old male. I weigh around 98 kilo and my body fat % is 25. My height is 177cm. I go to the gym 4 days a week and do 30 min cardio and 30 min weight lifting. I also work 3-5 days…
