Hi all,

I have been trying to lose weight for the last 2 month now and i haven't lost any noticeable weight. Here is a little info:

I am a 25 year old male.
I weigh around 98 kilo and my body fat % is 25.
My height is 177cm.

I go to the gym 4 days a week and do 30 min cardio and 30 min weight lifting.

I also work 3-5 days a week as a postman averge is 4 hours a day which is a lot of activity (walking, bike and stairs lots of stairs).

I feel hungry almost all the time. 2 hours after breakfast and i am hungry again and yes i do drink water. I wake up almost every night feeling very hungry, so i go the kitchen and have something to eat. I also feel tired most of the time and feel light headed.

I eat around 2500-3000 cals a day and yet i am feeling hungry.

Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? i need to lose about 30 pounds.

Yes, it is possible you need to eat more, in my opinion. 4 hours of walking plus extra exercise burns a lot of calories. Eat more and see how things go. Try to eat things that fill you up, good amounts of protein, fat and fiber. I don't what you are eating but I know if I eat carb heavy, especially the first meal of the day, I'm hungry again in an hour or 2.

Hi. I put your stats into http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ and depending on how many days you are very active, your TDEE could be as high as 3500 or even more. So, eating 2500 to 3000 seems reasonable to me, considering you have 50 pounds to lose.

I would say you need to revise what foods you eat more than how many calories. Also you may need to eat more often.

If you eat less than you burn, you will lose weight. Open your diary for personalized advice, but I can bet you're not logging everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Logging works.
