Hello all. In a few weeks I have to go for a colonoscopy which includes not eating for 24 hours before and taking laxatives. I'd appreciate any advice on the impact this will have on my weight gain goals. Essentially, do I just eat as normal up until the 24 hours before, then start packing it back on after the procedure?…
