HELP: How many calories?
I'm returning to MFP after doing Weight Watchers. I need help in figuring out how many calories that I need a day? I want to lose about 35 pounds. I'm 5'8" and weigh about 180 pounds. I workout about 4/5 days a week. I do Turbo Fire, ChaLean extreme, yoga, Pilates, etc... Any help would be appreciated! Thanks;)
