Eating to little?
Im a male that is about 5"11 and 173 lbs. On average per day I eat about 600 or less calories and have done so for the last 3 and a half weeks. So far I have lost about 16 pounds on an Egg whites/Chicken/Salad. Basically I eat 2 fried egg whites at 11:00AM and drink water until about 6pm where I then either eat Chicken or…
