Anything? Possibly something with out a DVD of some sort. Just something I could do in a small room, or lisoning to music???

There is not much I can say yet, since I have just started. But for once I am looking forward for summer, and the pool. But, I am still a bit cunfuzled about how you update your activitys, calorie intake, and exercise. So If you have any advice, that would be so so awesome!
