At least 1/2 of my exercise is through using Dvd's, Slim in Six and Leslie Sansone's walking.....but how can I track that on my exercise? Dvd's aren't a choice and I don't know how many calories I'm buring. Any suggestions?
I joined this site a year ago, and never used it. I have lost 48 pounds this past year and have about 40 more to go.
