I was so excited to be able to wear my wedding set after years of it being way to tight! I got those adjusters at Walmart, but they were so stiff I couldn't get them on my rings. :( Still wearing the rings, but my diamond slides all the time.

The better I eat during that time, the easier it seems to be on my body. However, that is also the time I find myself "roaming" the cabinets! This week during the opener I sipped on ice water. I got in 1 glass each hour of the show. Other times I have had a snack, but nothing I wouldn't tell them about. Then every now and then, I will have some popcorn. Last season my teenage daughter and I did stair laps during every commercial, and that was really fun.

That's true, it's important that I simple do them. It bugged me that I can find just about any food to log, but the exercise database doesn't seem as broad? Still great for a free site. :)

Is there a goal when you track heart rate? I have a bp moniter that has hr on it and my threadmill has a hr on it too. Is a hrm something you can get at Walgreens/Walmart?
