Hi.. I m trying to lose weight and i use lemon honey its good coz it helped not to gain weight. I wasnt doing any kind of exercise before and used to drink honey lemon when i woke up in morning.now i started doing cardio so i m confused. Should i drink it just after getting up or after exercise. Sorry for english.
I heard that drinking lemon and honey in morning helps lose weight. I m confused which time it is most effective just after getting up or after work out. Sorry for english its not good.
