Disappointed and confused
I've been avoiding MFP lately. I think I haven't logged in for 2-3 weeks. What depresses me is that I can't seem the shed a single pound. What can of exercise can I do?
I'm on maternity leave and I don't own a car so I can't get very far. We don't have a babysitter yet so I can't leave the baby alone if dad's not there. He gets home à 7pm and then I could go to the gym I guess but it's bath time at 7h30pm etc. Is there something that I can do from home that do not require expensive…

What am I doing wrong?
Since I joined I didn't lose a single pound from my initial weight. I do aerobics 3 times a week for 30 minutes and I usually am able to stay under my calorie goals. Yet I'm not losing weight! I gain 1 or 2 pounds and then lose them ang gain it back again. What am I doing wrong? :frown:

How many times do you weight-in? Once a week? A few times a week ? Once a month?
