Been lifting for 8 months, not sure what I am doing wrong
Hi, I'm 18 and started lifting around 11 months ago. For the first 3 months I did not know what I was doing. I was going to the gym around 3-4 days a week and doing a full body exercise that I made myself, did some cardio/treadmill, some bicep curls, some leg extentions and ab crunches...
