  • I am a guy and am having the same dilemma as you. Would love to see some opinions on this.
  • Take into the account the time you weigh yourself as well, and whether you're wearing clothes etc (Might sound silly but there are many fluctuations that can happen in a week as previously stated). I'd say safest bet is to weigh yourself at the same day once a week so you can see your progress each week.

I definitely am focused and have been for quite some time, I tried cleaning up my eating, no junk food etc unless it's a Friday or Saturday night and I get it for desert or something like that.
