I am on day 7 of a stagnant weight. 243.1. I weigh everything and was loosing steadily until this past week. I thought perhaps it was water retention. Can that occur for the whole week? Best protein powder?
What is your favorite protein powder? I am looking for one with great taste, high-quality/amount of protein, low carb and low fat. Has anyone tried Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, Double Rich Chocolate? I am thinking of purchasing, but looking for opinions, or perhaps a better option.

Anyone successful with one excercise?
Has anyone been successful while doing one type of exercise only, or primarily? For example, sticking to an elliptical or a treadmill...
