I had to cut my belt, well I've had to cut it for the past week or so, but finally gonna do it in a bit. That's what I love about my Mission Belt. I can keep cutting it as I shrink, if need be and it last forever without any noticeable wear. I love mine! Highly recommend it to all on this journey.

UPDATE: The scale started moving up and down soon after I posted, but always within the 241-245 range. :-/ However, I am on week 4 of p90x3 and have been paying attention to macros since I began the program, more than doubling my typical protein intake, as suggested by others. I have been feeling the results on clothing…

UPDATE: I'm still going at it and I FINALLY made it out of the 240's today and into 230's. I know this will be going up and doing as I go, but I'm so glad I have kept at it and have reached a new range. I'm sure you will see the same thing happen. Keep at it!

^^ I use this one as of about three days ago. (Flavor: Double Rich Chocolate) So far so good! Purchased 5 lb tub on amazon with free prime shipping and used a $5.00 discount code. BTW, it is #1 on top 50 from the site mentioned above. Found some great info there. Now I like it even more. ;-) I think I will order Mocha…

Keep it going! I'm on the same boat, I've been between 241 and 245.x for the last two months. I started p90x3 three wks ago and also started paying attention to my macros. I can definitely feel the difference and the tape shows it too. Though the scale is still playing games with me :-P Congrats!

Fortunately for me, I did not experience any irritation with my Force. It has been working great!
-
I have had absolutely no problems with it falling off. I have had it for about two weeks. It can be a bit tough to get it securely strapped on, but this gets easier as you get used to it. Those who have problems with the strap coming undone probably didn't secure it correctly.

Thanks for the encouraging/reassuring replies. I don't log it, but I do take in tons of water. Generally about 1.5 gallons daily.

Awesome. Just got me a Force one week ago and I love it.!

I would recommend using a Heart rate monitor. I use a Polar brand HRM.

I've had the fitbit flex for about three weeks. It has helped me be more acurate with calories and syncs well with MFP. I had been stuck at the same weight for a while. Once I started using my Flex, I started losing again (2lbs a week). Read through some of the posts here on how to accurately use it. Log exercises on Fitbit…
