Help!
I'm a 28 yr old male, on a strict diet/exercise routine. Feb.28 i weight 300 lbs, as of today im 250, so thats good. I run 30 mins at 5mph every day (appx 500 cals) and am fairly active during the day at work. I eat around 1500ish cals a day and have cut out 99% of junk. All this being said, I cant seem to break the 250…
