I finally feel comfortable posting a before and after. I still have a ways to go, but I feel really good right now. I have gone from 250 pounds to 194 pounds. Looking forward to seeing myself even skinnier.

Healthy HOT Chocolate???
Okay, so I know Hot Chocolate is not healthy, but I do not drink coffee or tea, and sometimes I need something warm in the morning. And I do love hot chocolate. Does anyone have a recipe to make a healthy version of Hot Chocolate??? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
