fat burn vs cardio burn question
I just joined a gym and did 38 minutes on the elliptical trainer today--I'm so excited, I felt like I could have stayed on much longer but didn't want to overdo it and not be able to move tomorrow. How to track potluck/get togethers
I work at a University and since it's the start of the school year there are 4 upcoming picnic/potluck/ get togethers I need to attend. Does anyone have a good strategy on how to track these? Thanks!

Figuring out the why?
Every once in a while I will watch a weight loss show, Biggest Loser or Extreme Weight Loss, whatever. When I do it seems like one of the main focuses is finding out why people gained their weight in the first place—such as some trauma or personal loss.
