Hey everybody! Wondered if anyone could give me tips on how to increase my protein intake? I have been vegetarian my whole life, but recently started eating chicken & turkey. Finding it difficult to get enough protein in my diet without going over my daily cal allowance. Any help would be great! Thanks :)
