I'm ok with tuna and all, but really... if my weight and metabolism all say that I need 155g for sedentary (I've had a cup of lowfat cottage cheese, a cup of greek yogurt, and a 12 ounce can of tuna... for lunch) and another 90 or so for doing 2 hours of farm work after the office... there has got to be a better and more…
