TRYING TO LOOSE WEIGHT IS THIS OK ?
so i been on this low carb diet this is usually what ill eat 7:00am BF -- 4 egg whites with bacon or turkey ground mixed with onions and tomatoes and a cup of orange juice home made 10:00 1st snack-- strawberrys and 1 bottle of water 12:00pm lunch--- TILAPIA OR SALMON WITH A HOME MADE SALAD OF LETTUCE TOMATOES ONIONS AND…
