Okay -- I'm trying to figure out how to add bodyweight push-ups and etc. to my exercise. It asks for pounds -- do I put my weight? Because it seems excessive to put my weight in there. Lol. Excuse me while I just sort of stare vacantly at my screen... I feel really stupid right now.
