Another Update
I posted an update a few months ago. But here's another one. Here I am at my heaviest and the night before I started using MFP. 220lbs Here is a profile view. Here I am today. 47 lbs down. Weighing in at 173. And here's a profile view. (don't mind the crazed look, i hate pictures).

Height to weight Ratio
I'm 5'7. When I started MFP at the end of April I weighed in at 220lbs. I'm currently down to 182.4 My question is, what is a HEALTHY, weight for my height. Because right now, people cringe when I tell them I plan on losing more weight.

I'm Not Even the Same Person
I know it's not exactly the same type of photo, however here are some before (220lbs) and current (191). The before(shirtless) were taken the night before I started using MFP April 27.. The fully clothed are from earlier today.
