I know the mathematics of 1 lb of fat is 3500 calories. I don't quite understand how you can gain more than a lb a day when you eat well under 3500 calories total? I do understand about water weight and normal fluctuations such as not having regular BM and such-just wanting to hear (read) what others think about this or…
