Quit MFP when I quit smoking :happy: knew my willpower was not going to handle two items at once and all the stuff going on in my life. I did gain 20lbs back but they are well worth it and will need your support to loose then next 70lbs.
Hi =) new to MFP and so far really like the site. Have lost alot of weight already but been stuck in the same size for a year and a half. Well guess I know how to maintain lol. Ready to loose another 60 and know with out the tools and support you just go back. Working on changing life not "diet". :wink:
