Compliments at the gym
My buddies and I were working out at the gym today. And we recieved various compliments from people who were around working out as well. To make a long story short, we were performing Animal Kingdom Workouts. Like Ape crawls Beast crawls etc. Its a very unual exercise. Anyway my question is, do performing unsual excercises…
Does weight training help people achieve visible ab results at percentages like, 12% bf to 15%?
Im at 11.6% bf 165lbs. I do Loaded Carries and Animal Kingdom workouts 3 times a week. I wont to know does Lifting weights actually make abs bigger to see. Ive seen photos of guys that where at 12% to 14% bodyfat and there abs where visible. I guess spot reduction is true since Arnold Schwarzenegger said so?
