Jawbone Up - do you prefer to log workouts on UP or MFP?
I have had a Jawbone Up for a while and just synced to MFP about a week ago. Do you prefer to log your workouts on UP or MFP? Which seems to be more accurate? I've logged a workout on UP and then the same workout on MFP and get a big difference on calories burned. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong... anyone have any advice??…
