Jawbone Up - do you prefer to log workouts on UP or MFP?

I have had a Jawbone Up for a while and just synced to MFP about a week ago. Do you prefer to log your workouts on UP or MFP? Which seems to be more accurate? I've logged a workout on UP and then the same workout on MFP and get a big difference on calories burned. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong... anyone have any advice?? Thanks!

saw someone comment about a group for jawbone, maybe it will help you:

No need to log any step-based activity—your UP is tracking it for you. Non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) can be logged either in UP or in MFP—never both.
Your UP total burn is TDEE (aka your maintenance calories). Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your UP burn during that time, so I log in UP. It'll take trial & error to see which you prefer.0 -
I only log weight lifting into the Up app. I run but I don't log runs since it counts those steps.0
