How do you count calories?
I went to a baseball team end of season party last night. Each parent brought a different side dish. I had moderate portions of lots of different foods. How would you record the calories?

Looking to GAIN
I signed up to MFP two months ago. My goal was to lose about 10 pounds by eliminating the sugar sweets I ate. I basically met that goal but discovered that I am, and always have been, "skinny fat." How many calories?
Yesterday I spent four hours digging a small pond, hauling the dirt by wheelbarrow about twenty five yards, hauling limestone rocks (avg weight 20 pounds) and building a 20 foot retaining wall. Heart rate probably never rose above 100 bpm. Any guess on how many calories that may have burned?
