Which heart rate zone do you work out in?
I'm confused by the whole fat burning, target heart rate, and anaerobic zones. My HRM tells me how much of my work-out was done in the fat burning and how much was in fitness (anaerobic.) Obviously you are working harder in the fitness level vs. the fat loss. Do I really need to workout below my ability to burn more fat?…

I've done the 30 Day Shred and am halfway through Ripped in 30. I'm trying to figure out what to do next. I'm looking for something similar with circuit training around 30 minutes. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Finally committed...thanks to the Shred!
I've had the Shred since it came out, I just never stuck with it. Finally two babies later I decided I really wanted to shed the fat. I finally committed myself to it and completed the 30 day shred.
