I've had knee pain in the begining both times of doing the Shred. It eventually went away for me though. Both times were after long absences of hard work-outs (post baby.) If you already work-out on a regular basis it may not bother you much.

My results are at the top of this page. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/272924-the-ultimate-before-and-after-30-day-shred-thread I mainly did the Shred 4-5 times a week. When I took a day off I wouldn't count it in the 30 days so I believe it took me around 40 days to do all 3 levels for 10 days at a time. I would…

It's an amazing workout for only 27 minutes! I received wonderful results from the shred and then Ripped in 30. I would post my pictures if I remembered how to do it...

I have the Polar FT7. The chest strap is very comfortable...you'll hardly know it's there.

Not one single suggestion?

Now I see that you already did that! There's a huge difference in your ab definition. You have me jealous:)
-
I already have:) I got throught that and the first 2 weeks of Ripped with no problem. Maybe I'm just tired today!

Hi all...I just found this thread. I have been doing Ripped and started Week 3 today. Is it just me or is it ridiculously hard? I couldn't even do the move where your laying on your side and you lift from your shoulder. It felt so unnatural! I normally burn at least 220 calories and only got 173 out of this work out(

I just started week 3 today. I'm not happy with it at all. I only burned 174 calories because the moves are so advanced I couldn't do them. I have been able to follow most of the advanced moves in every other level including the Shred. I think she went a little nutty with this one! I think I'll do week 2 twice and then go…

I ended up scoring a great deal on Ebay! I won a new Polar FT7 for $67 shipped:) Can't wait to try it out!
-
Thank you everyone! It seems everyone agrees that Polar is a great brand to buy. I'm going to check them out.

Where is it worn on your body?
-
I also had knee pain, but it was because I was working out barefoot:( I know...real dumb, huh? Once I started wearing my shoes it went away.
-
You look fantastic!

I started Ripped yesterday...by late night my body ached. I knew I was going to be sore. When I woke it was mainly my upper legs that were sore. Sundays is usually rest for me so I will be back at it tomorrow.
-
Thanks! Is ripped pretty challenging? I have also considered C25K...
-
I would add walking or swimming 3-4 days, but nothing too heavy.
-
My allowance is 1370, but I pretty much eat my excercise calories so between 1500-1600.
-
Thank you, it did! It was the whole %20 thing with the space.
-
Woohoo, I finally figured it out. I wish it would let me edit my original post:(
-
Haha... this is lots of fun. Now they're too big and you can't see the after. Let me resize them!

Anyone know what I could be doing wrong? I uploaded them directly from my computer to photobucket and then used the IMG code and changed IMG to lowercase. I don't understand why it says it's been moved or deleted...
-
Hmmm... not sure why that happend. Let me try and fix it.
