JM Rippped in 30, Day 1

Hi! If anyone else has recently started, or is going to within the next few days, feel free to join! Ran a few miles this morning, but did Day 1 of Ripped in 30 today. I'm also going to follow the meal plan starting Monday. Who's in? I feel like if I can make it a routine and get support for 30 days, it'll push me past my current level of weight and shape. I love how everything's spelled out in the meal plan too!

I did it for 3 days then stopped because i was busy the first week of college. starting again today0

I just started week 3 today. I'm not happy with it at all. I only burned 174 calories because the moves are so advanced I couldn't do them. I have been able to follow most of the advanced moves in every other level including the Shred. I think she went a little nutty with this one! I think I'll do week 2 twice and then go to 4. Good luck!0

Sarah, try the 30 day shred. Many have used that as a prelude to Ripped in 30. I'm planning to just do Ripped in 30 since I started out with tae bo.0

I already have:) I got throught that and the first 2 weeks of Ripped with no problem. Maybe I'm just tired today!0 -
