Surprising calorie burn
Hi all just wondering some of the things you have done that you have been surprised how many calories you have burnt doing an activity . I ask as i was just shocked at my calorie burn of 1020 calories digging over the vegetable patch in preperation for the upcoming season this took place over about 2 hours..:drinker:
