hi all.. just joined in.. like the looks of the posts.. site seems really helpfull thing is.. when i joined.. i gave in my data.. u know what the site asks for.. the mfp calculated my daily calories goal to 1,220 cal per day.. and when i calculated BMR its saying i need 1,735 cals per day... now im pretty much confused..…
