Hi, was just wondering although I know slimming world is meant not to be about counting calories,do you still stick within the calories set by fitness pal.i only joined slimming world on the 21st of Feb,and have been logging my foods on here,but am trying to stay within my fitness pal recommendations,is that wise or not?
Can i just ask how you actually find slimming world? Like i said its only my first week, I just wondered if you stay to group chat,and if losses are regular and in general is it in your opinions worth while?
