Holidays..suck
We had a cookout yesterday, two today and one more tomorrow. I started to keep track today but said screw it halfway through. So frustrating. I did learn I can't stand soda anymore. Cut it about a month ago and could only handle a couple of sips. There's no way I'm weighing this week. :/

Not losing inches
I know you can't choose where to lose weight, but I still figured I would have lost inches off my waist and hips. I have lost almost 9 pounds and can't seem to tell where I lost it from. If you haven't lost inches from hips, waist, thighs does this mean I am losing muscle? I just don't get it.

My lunch today
I had one of those wheat flat out pita breads and spread a tablespoon of red pepper hummus on. Ladies, what was your hardest area to lose?
I fear my little pooch ( the area just above my csection scar) will never ever leave. I'm starting to see differences in love handled and belly button but that pooch from pregnancies just isn't budging. How do you trim that area up? I hate it.

I just found out I came out of the obese category!
My weight is now in the overweight range! I was in the obese category at 171 and 5'2, my bmi is 29.8! I know those charts are ridiculous but that's what doctors use and now if I need to go he won't see me as an obese person on those charts! Yay!! Progress is progress right?

Please help me calculate my coffee
I got 433 calories when I logged it and that doesn't sound right. I weighed my coffee then added sugar and 2% milk. The sugar added 11 grams and the milk added 39 grams I don't get how to calculate this since I didn't use a serving of milk. Please help. It can't be 433 calories can it?

Full but within calorie allowance.
I had nearly 1100 calories left for dinner and pretty much ate all of them. It came to 978. I left so full though that I had to rerun numbers and I'm still like there's no way. Weigh in and measurement time
Just a question, I have lost 2 inches off the area near the belly button, and 1 inch right below the below the belly button. However all my clothes fit the same. So I'm assuming I am measuring wrong. How do you know you hit the same spots as when you originally measured?

Does your body eventually adjust to portion sizes?
Does it ever get use to eating till satisfied and not full? I've been doing this for nearly 3 weeks and that's the hardest part for me.

Really wish you could track more
I removed sugar from my tracker so I could track fiber. I don't know if I selected a good one to not track but the others seemed more important and family history of colon cancers makes fiber important to me. If you have redone your trackables, what have you removed? Just wanting to be sure sugar was a good one to unfollow.
